Webhook Routing Failure in Beta Environment
Resolved - Issue Identified
After a recent infrastructure upgrade in the beta environment, a routing configuration issue was observed impacting Slack, Teams, and WhatsApp integrations. Messages were not being processed due to webhook endpoints not resolving correctly.
Root Cause Analysis
It was identified that the upgrade caused webhook URLs to point to outdated backend routes instead of the updated services.
Fix Implementation
Routing configurations were updated to ensure all webhook endpoints correctly map to the new backend services through the custom domain.
Validation & Testing
End to end testing was performed across Slack, Teams, and WhatsApp channels to confirm message flow and webhook functionality.
Resolution Completed
All channel integrations on the beta environment are now fully operational with correct routing and endpoint targeting.
Post Resolution Action
Users who had previously configured webhook URLs are advised to re copy the updated webhook URL from the integration settings page to ensure uninterrupted functionality.

Resolved - https://admin.cloud.microsoft/#/servicehealth/:/alerts/TM1260604 was the cause. it has been resolved by Microsoft.
